Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from Nakshatra Residency along with a valid booking reference. We reserve the right to refuse any booking request.

Payments

Standard rates are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the rate selected. Any incidental charges incurred during your stay must be settled upon check-out.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in date may incur no penalty, subject to the specific rate booked. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or in the event of a no-show, will incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night's room charge. Promotional or non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and not disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests. The hotel reserves the right to ask guests to leave if their behavior is deemed unacceptable, without refund. Any damage caused to hotel property by the guest will be charged to the guest's account.

Limitation of Liability

Nakshatra Residency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal valuables or belongings during your stay.
